Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options across Australia:

- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Economy shipping: 5-8 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $70 AUD.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on location. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
